How to Edit Organization, Club, and Team Settings

 

As an administrator, you may change the information about your Sports Medicine Organization, Clubs, and Teams.

 

Edit Organization

To change information about your organization, just click “Edit Organization” on the sidebar.

First, make sure that your current role is an Organization or Association Admin. (You can change your active role by clicking on your profile icon on the top right of the screen, and then choosing the organization admin role from the dropdown)

 

Then, navigate to the “Edit Organization” tab on the left.

 

 

Once there, you’ll be able to change your entity’s:

 

  • Name
  • Logo
  • Address
  • Sports types (If applicable)
  • Linked associations (If applicable)

 

 When finished, be sure to click “Update information” at the bottom, or your changes will not be saved.

 

 

Edit Club/Event Information

To edit information of a specific club, navigate to the Manage Clubs/events tab.

Your list of clubs will appear. To edit the information of a club, click the pencil icon on the club logo.

From there, you’ll be able to edit the club Address, Season, and associated teams.

Be sure to click Save at the bottom of the screen after editing, or your changes will not be saved.

 

Edit Team Settings

To edit information about a specific team, follow the steps above to first reach the desired club, and then click anywhere on that club.

Next, navigate to the “Manage Teams tab”

 

 

The list of teams will show up. To edit any team’s information, click the pencil icon near the team’s logo.

From there, you may edit the team name, logo, sport, or season.

 

Be sure to click Save after editing, or your changes will not be saved.
