Why Can’t I Return an Athlete to Play? Why Can’t I access the Advanced form?

As an organization or association admin, you do not have the permissions to return specific athletes to play, or add information into the advanced form. These permissions are reserved for the athletic trainer/physical therapist roles. As an NSMO Admin, you do have these permissions.

If you are an athletic trainer and an administrator, you may access these functions by changing your active role in Players Health. To do so, click on your profile name/image in the top right of the screen, and then choose your athletic trainer role. From there, you’ll be able to navigate back to the athlete/injury in question to fill out more details or return an athlete to play.
