Managing Referrals

 

As a national Association Sports Medicine Organization Admin, you have the ability to review bulk referral information about your organization.

 

First, navigate to the “Manage Referrals” tab on the left.

Once there, you’ll first see the Organization level filter. Use this section to narrow down which parts of your organization that you’d like to review.

 

 

Then, choose between Physician Referral Statistics or Organizational Referral Statistics.

The first provides information based on the referral, the group giving the referral, and the amount of times a group/physician has been used over the time period you select.

 

Organizational Referral statistics show the amount of referrals used by orgs or athletic trainers.

 

Once you’ve chosen your desired filters, click the search button, and the desired statistic will appear. You may click on a single line to get a breakdown in further detail.

 

 

You may export any of this information by clicking on the export button on the right.
