If you are no longer associated with one or more of the sports organizations requiring you to complete compliance through Players Health, you may set your role(s) to Inactive.
Inactivating your role removes you from the active users list, and will be considered as non-compliant. You will no longer receive notifications about that role from Players Health, and the role with be removed from your profile page.
First, Log into Players Health. If you are brought to your profile page, just click on the “Active” button on the role you want to inactivate, and click Inactive. A dialog box will prompt you to confirm that you would like to inactivate your role, because it will be removed from your profile.
If you are not immediately brought to your profile page, simply click “proceed” until you see your profile picture and name in the top-right of your screen. Click on it, and then click on “My Profile”
You will then be able to proceed with Inactivating your role(s) with the steps above.
If your role(s) have been removed by mistake, please contact your program administrator for assistance. (If you are your program’s administrator, please reach out to our Support Team directly)
