Setting up your profile:

After receiving an email invitation, creating a profile with Player’s Health Rehab is quick and easy.

1. Click on “Accept Your Invitation Here” to begin the process.

2. After watching the intro video, click “Continue”

3. Read the terms and conditions. Check the box and click “Accept”

4. Enter your preferred name, email address, and password. You can also enter a phone number and manage your notifications from this page (but you can also manage this after creating your profile). Click “Continue”.

5. You will now be brought directly into your Player’s Health Rehab Dashboard. You can access this dashboard at any time by navigating to: https://app.playershealth.com/login
