Inviting Many Athletic Trainers or Coaches at Once:
Org Admins can easily invite many Athletic Trainers and Coaches at once. However, users must be uploaded one team at a time and athletic trainers must be uploaded separately from coaches.

To invite many users at once, navigate to the Bulk Staff Management tab.

From here, download the Bulk Staff Invitation Template.

Fill out the Bulk Staff Invitation Template with the information for each user. Columns with an asterisk (*) are required.

After you have completed the template for the different roles and teams you would like to invite staff to, enter the club name and team name in the text boxes and use the drop-down menu to select a role.

Then, click the blue “Choose” button to select the file you would like to upload. Select the file and click open. Your data will then be automatically uploaded and invites sent out to the staff.
Note: If the selected file has a different format from the template or the template is filled out incorrectly, Player’s Health Rehab will return an error message when it is uploaded.
