For adult athletes:

To invite many adult athletes at once, navigate to the Bulk Athletes Management tab.

From here, download the Adult Athlete Invitation Template. On your computer, complete this template for all of the athletes you wish to invite. Be sure to include the athlete’s first name, last name, and gender, as well as their personal contact email. Columns with an asterisk (*) are required.

Once you have a document with the information of the athletes you would like to invite, go back to the Bulk Athletes Management page and type in and select the club and team you would like to invite athletes to. Then, click the blue “Choose” button to select the file with the athletes’ information.

Select the file and click “Open”.

The list of adult athletes will upload and automatically send an email invitation to the email listed in the document.
Note: If the selected file has a different format from the template or the template is filled out incorrectly, Player’s Health Rehab will return an error message when it is uploaded.
