Viewing Changes to Your Org:

Org Admins can easily view a log of all of the changes that members of their organization have made.

1. Click on “Audit Log” at the left of the screen.

2. Here, you will see a list of the changes that have been made in your organization, as well as the date of the change and who made it.

   1. You will also be notified of newly filed injury reports according to your notification settings and within Player’s Health Rehab. View your notifications by clicking on the Notification Bell at the top left of the page.

2. Use the page numbers and arrows at the top and bottom left to navigate between pages of the log.
