How do I manage my notifications settings in Protect?

The benefit of PH Protect is that you never have to remember when a task needs to be renewed. Whether you are a coach that needs to renew abuse awareness training or an admin needing to ensure your coaches remain current with the tasks assigned to them, Protect manages these reminders.

 

Emails that may be delivered from the platform include, but are not limited to:

  • reminder of an outstanding task not yet complete
  • notification that a task previously completed is about to expire and needs to be updated
  • invitation to complete a newly assigned task

 

A variety of information, including your notification settings, can be found and managed on your user profile page. You will have the option to receive notifications via text, email, or both.

 

In order to update these settings, login to PH Protect where you will see your profile image in the upper righthand corner. Click on the image and select "Profile" from the menu that pops up. Once in your profile you will have the ability to add or edit your phone number, as well as edit your email address. Update the necessary information then scroll to the bottom of the page to ensure you Save the changes.
