How do I know if a member has any expired requirements?

One benefit of the Player's Health Protect risk management compliance platform is that it helps both admins and users manage the renewal of safety requirements.

Validity periods for any requirement are identified as a part of your organization's set up. As members complete their tasks, each requirement will be stamped with a future expiration date. If a user has not updated/renewed a requirement by the time the expiration date arrives, both user and administrator will receive a notification of expiration.

Administrators will also be able to view a user profile to see an "Expired" status notated at the top, along with the expiration date of the particular outstanding item noted in red under the appropriate tab.

If you would like to view a full list of expired members, or view a filtered list for a particular organization or club, you can do this from the Users tab. Navigate to the Users tab, click on the "Status" header at the top of the User dashboard view to display a dropdown menu. From here, you can select "Expired" to filter the list by only results with this status.
