How does billing work for abuse awareness training?

Prepaid Abuse Awareness Training
Organization will prepay for training services to be provided upon signing of a contract. Any balance not used during the calendar year for training services will be carried forward as a credit toward the next calendar year’s invoice. In the event that training services exceed the prepayment amount; Player’s Health will invoice a supplemental payment to the organization for the difference between the estimate and actual fees incurred. Training services will be adjusted year to year to adjust for the individual requirements of each individual organization.
 
The initial estimation of training services will be based on the number of organization members subject to training as expressed by the organization. The estimated amount will be subject to Player’s Health discretion and will be amended in the event the organization exceeds the Player’s Health estimate.
 
[OPTION 2]
 
Applicant Pay:
Each applicant will be required to pay requisite fees to submit their application. Payment must be received prior for the training to take place. Player’s Health will offer a credit card payment option at checkout for each individual applicant.
 
 [OPTION 3]
 
Organization Pay:
 
Organization will be invoiced on a monthly basis for all applicants that have submitted training requests. Organizations may be required by Player’s Health to provide a credit card for Player’s Health to keep on file in the occasion of delinquent payments.
