Applicant Pay:
Each applicant will be required to pay requisite fees to submit their application. Payment must be received prior to screen taking place. Player’s Health will offer a credit card payment option at checkout for each individual applicant.
 
Terms:
Due upon receipt via credit card payment by individual applicants.
 
[OPTION 2]
 
Organization Pay:
 
Organization will be invoiced for all applicants that have submitted their screen data at end of month for all background screening that have been conducted in the prior month. Organizations may be required by Player’s Health to provide a credit card for Player’s Health to keep on file in the occasion of delinquent payments.
 
Terms: 
Invoiced on a monthly basis and payment will be due upon receipt of invoice.
