How to View my Personal Information
A variety of information can be found and modified on your profile page. You can access your profile page by clicking your user photo in the top right corner and clicking "My Profile".
How to Change my Personal Information
Once you've gotten to your profile information screen, click the green "Edit" button next to your profile to edit your personal information.
See below for an outline, and note those items with an asterisk (*) are required fields:
1. Profile picture: because this is a safety first platform, we encourage every user to upload a profile picture of themselves to coincide with the completion of their safety requirements
2. Name*: your first and last name are required to establish your profile
3. Date of Birth*: your date of birth is required to establish your profile; this is because certain safety requirements may apply differently to various age groups (ex. minors)
4. Phone number**: EITHER a phone number OR and email address are required to establish your profile
5. Gender*
6. Email address**: EITHER a phone number OR and email address are required to establish your profile
7. Street address
8. City
9. State*: this information is needed to confirm certain safety application requirements, such as particular state/province background screening requirements
10. Country*: this information is needed to confirm certain safety application requirements, such as particular state/province background screening requirements; additionally, it will identify currency should something require payment (you will only be prompted to enter payment information at that time)
11. Zip/Postal Code
12. Ability to change password: because this is a safety first platform, we encourage you to update your password frequently as an additional layer of protection
13. Manage notifications: notifications such as invitations, reminders, expiration notifications, and other important updates may be delivered from Player's Health specifically related to your safety requirements; you have the ability to enable or disable your personal notifications via email or text message (phone number required in profile information in order to receive text message notifications)
