Sending a Message:

Org Admins can use Player’s Health Rehab to send emails to users within their organization.

1. Click on the “Messaging Service” tab at the left of the screen.

2. Use the text boxes to enter a subject for the email, the club, and team to send it to, and the text of the message.

3. Select who to send the message to using the buttons at the right:

   1. By selecting the dot at the top, you can send the message to everyone within the organization, or use the check boxes to select what roles to send it to

      1. Use the drop down menu to select whether to send the email only to users who have logged into Rehab before, never before, or both.

      2. Use the check box to send the email to users even if they have email notifications turned off

      3. 

2. Or, select the dot at the bottom to choose specific users to send the message to by typing in their name(s).

4. You can even attach a file by dragging it into the message at the bottom (or by clicking on the file attachments box and selecting the file from your computer)

5. When you are finished creating your message, click the blue “Send” button at the bottom to send your message to your selected recipients.
