Resending an Invitation:
If a guardian or adult athlete within your organization has lost their email invitation to Player’s Health Rehab, Org Admins can easily resend an invite to individual users. They can also change the email address that the invite is sent to.
Note: There are separate directions for an Org Admin to resend invites to coaches and athletic trainers

Click on the “Pending Users” tab. You will see a list of all of the guardians and adult athletes that have been invited to your organization, organized alphabetically by first name. You may need to use the page numbers and arrows at the top and bottom left to navigate between pages of the list.

You can use the filters at the top to narrow down the list by the team that the user was invited to.

Once you have found the user you would like to re-invite, click the pencil to double check that their email is correct. Click the blue “Save Changes” button.

When you are ready to resend the invite, click the blue “Resend” button. The button will turn green when the invite has been sent.
