What happens when one of my coaches' background check flags?

All background check reports with any history will show as "Flagged" in the PH Protect platform.  As an Administrator for an organization you will receive an email that indicates you have a "Flagged" background check report to review.  Further, the PH Operations Team reviews all background checks that come in as "flagged."  If the background check report has history within it that is not a disqualifying factor, the flag will be automatically changed to "Clear" in the system.  If it's a disqualifying factor as per the adjudication matrix, the link to the profile will be sent via email to the organization's Administrator.  

 

In the case a flag is not cleared either by Operations or the Administrator, the Adverse Action Process will commence.
