Why is there a Player's Health waiver on my coaches' profiles?

When a coach comes through the PH Protect Platform and an organization does not have a waiver they require all coaches to sign, they are presented with the The Player’s Health Protect Promise, which is essentially a code of conduct.  You can download it from the coaches' profile by clicking "Waivers" and then the down arrow button.  It will then download to your computer for your review:
