If you do not see a coach in the PH Protect platform and need them to invite them you can manually invite them.  You will login and navigate to the "Users" tab on the left-hand side:

Next, you will click the green "INVITE USER" button in the right-hand corner and will be prompted to enter the coach's information and an email invitation will be sent to the coach:
