How will I know if a member's background check is flagged?

You have the option to receive notifications from PH Protect via email, text message, or both. 

 

While administrators will not receive a notification every time a new member passes a background check, they will receive a notification if any member has a background check that flags. There will be a link to access the user profile in report within the notification. 

 

At any time when you, as an admin, want to access a list of one or more flagged results, you can also do this from the Users tab within PH Protect.

 

Navigate to the Users tab, click on the "Status" header at the top of the User dashboard view to display a dropdown menu. From here, you can select "Flagged" to filter the list by only results with this status.
