What do I do if the requirements assigned in Protect are incorrect?

The safety tasks assigned to a user in PH Protect are based on the requirements of the organization that is implementing Player's Health as their risk management provider.

Assigned tasks may be the same for every role within an organization or they may be role specific. If any of the following situations apply to you, we suggest first contacting your organization admin to verify the requirements of your role; if you still find there is a discrepancy then please reach out to PH support via the Contact Us page for assistance.

Instances in which a user should contact PH about assigned tasks:

  • you believe you have tasks assigned to you that you DO NOT need to complete
  • you believe you are missing tasks that should be assigned to you
  • you are an admin that believes there is a discrepancy in what is assigned to any of your members

Your organization's policy or Player's Health support can also confirm the validity period for any task you complete (i.e. valid for 12 months, 24 months, 36 months, etc.) should there be questions surrounding this.
