Adding Read-Only Admins

 

As an administrator for your association, you can add Read-Only Admins to individual clubs or organizations, allowing users to view (but not modify) the compliance status of other users in that group.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Login to your Players Health Account, and click on the “Users” tab

  2. Click “Invite User” on the top-right part of your screen

  3. In the Role dropdown, choose either “Club Admin-Read Only” or “Sports Organization Admin-Read Only”

  4. Start typing in the Club or Organization you’d like to invite the user to. The available choices will begin to show up as options. When you see the right one, click on it.

  5. Once Chosen, options to assign trainings and background checks will appear. If the user doesn’t need to take these compliance requirements, please select “No” for those options.

  6. Fill in the user’s name and email, and click “Invite”. If the user is already in Players Health, this will add the role to their profile. If not, an invitation will be sent to them to create an account.
    NOTE: if the user is a demosphere user, please check the box labeled “Demosphere User”
