As an administrator, you will have the ability to view specific details about any user background check, it's progress and overall status.
To view information about a user's background check, click on the "BG Checks" tab. You'll be able to identify any/all of the following:
- whether a user has started a background check within Protect
- *note: a user will display a completion % of 1-42% if they started the forms, but have yet to submit their check
- the date a user submitted the background check, i.e. the Applied at date
- *note: a user will display at 50% completion with an Applied at date if they have submitted a background check but it is still processing with the provider
- the expiration date of the user's background check
- the status of a user background check
- blank = no status/not started
- Pending = processing
- Ready = 100% complete
- download and view the background check report for a user once it is processed
- *note: ONLY available to admins with full access (not read-only)
