There are numerous ways to view members of your organization from the dashboard. The tiles across the top of the page help you quickly get a snapshot of numbers within your organization - number of coaches, number of volunteers, how many users have completed risk requirements vs. those that are still incomplete.
Breaking down the numbers:
Total Users - a representation of the overall member count associated with your organization
Total Roles - a representation of all users, accounting for those with more than one role (ex. member is a coach for youth Boys Basketball and a coach for youth Softball; each is a separate role they are assigned; this would be 1 user and 2 roles)
Complete Users - a representation of the overall percentage of your membership that is 100% complete with all tasks assigned to them
Incomplete Users - a representation of the overall percentage of your membership that has one or more outstanding requirements yet to complete
Wherever you see an arrow in the upper righthand corner of a tile, you can click on it to filter down the roles you want to calculate within the tile; select All Roles, or pick and choose if you'd like to narrow it down. You can also click on the Complete Coaches or Incomplete Coaches tiles to filter your coach list by this status. You will see a green border around the outside of the tile when selected.
