Your dashboard is meant to give you as much information at a glance as possible. To make that even easier, you'll see a variety of colorful icons across the page next to each user's name. You'll see columns for Incidents, Waivers, Background Checks, and Training. Colored icons under these columns help you to quickly identify the status of any assigned requirement for a user.

What do the symbols mean? Let's review:

Green checkmark - this task is assigned to the user, is not expired, and they have completed it

Yellow exclamation point - this task is assigned to the user, and they have started but not yet completed it

• if the user is assigned more than one training, a yellow exclamation point means that they have started at least one training but have not fully completed all training
• click on the icon for a pop up to view assigned training and progress while staying on your dashboard

Red X - this task is assigned to the user, but they have not yet started it

Gray question mark - this task is not assigned to the user
