The reason you are utilizing Player's Health Protect is likely to streamline your safety compliance management within your organization. Access to all the data allowing you to quickly and easily do this is at your fingertips on your Compliance Dashboard.

What details can you find on your dashboard? Let's take a look:

Role - if a user is assigned only one role within Protect then it will be displayed here; if a user has more than one role then this will state "Multiple"

  • pro tip: click on the "Role" header as another way to filter your list by one or more roles

Incident - this will indicate if there is an open incident report or incident investigation for a user

  • you will only have access to incident details for member profiles that you have permission to view (association admin, organization admin, club admin)
  • if you have "read-only" administrator permission then you will not have access to view details of any incidents

Waiver - users may sign a Player's Health Protect waiver and/or any custom waivers that your organization requires while completing safety requirements

  • pro tip: click on the icon under the Waiver column for any user to view the waiver(s) assigned, as well as user progress without needing to click into the profile

BG Check - you will be able to see if a background check was assigned to a user, and identify their progress for this task

Training - you will be able to see if any training(s) was assigned to a user, and identify their progress for any/all training requirements

  • pro tip: click on the icon under the Training column for any user to view the training(s) assigned, as well as user progress without needing to click into the profile

Last Activity - this represents the last time this user logged in

  • note: the system indicates last login whether or not the user made any updates or progress within their profile

Expiration - this date is the nearest date any assigned requirement will expire

  • example - User X completed a background check that has an expiration date of 12/13/21 as concussion training that has an expiration of 2/14/22; the expiration listed in the column on the dashboard will be 12/13/21

Compliance - overall % progress for the user taking into account all assigned tasks

To get more granular with information about any single user, you can click on the user name from the dashboard to access their unique profile. Here you will find the following:

  • personal information - name and email address are required, but a user can update phone, DOB, address, and gender
  • roles - under "Organizations" you'll see a list of any and all roles the user is assigned
  • incidents - access to any reported incidents in relation to the user (ONLY full access admins can view)
  • waivers - whether they were assigned, as well as the completion information
  • background checks - whether they were assigned, as well as the completion information
  • trainings - whether they were assigned, as well as the completion information
