You will have a variety of ways to search and filter your user information. How much you can filter will depend on the size of your organization and the level of access you have to the platform.

National Association Administrator -  has access to view any and all information related to members throughout the association

• can filter by organization within the association
• can filter by club/sport within the association
• search by user name or user email

Sports Organization Administrator - has access to view any and all information related to members throughout the organization

• can filter by club/sport
• search by user name or user email

Club/Sport Administrator - has access to view any and all information related to members throughout their club/sport

• can search by user name or email

National Association Administrator (read-only) - has access to view limited information related to members throughout the association

• same as National Association Administrator above, except:
  • cannot view background check reports
  • cannot view profile statues (i.e. Flagged, Suspended, etc.)
  • cannot view incident reports

Sports Organization Administrator (read-only) - has access to view limited information related to members throughout the organization

• same as Sports Organization Administrator above, except:
  • cannot view background check reports
  • cannot view profile statues (i.e. Flagged, Suspended, etc.)
  • cannot view incident reports

 Club/Sport Administrator - has access to view limited information related to members throughout their club/sport

• same as Club/Sport Administrator above, except:
  • cannot view background check reports
  • cannot view profile statues (i.e. Flagged, Suspended, etc.)
  • cannot view incident reports

Please note that the search capabilities are type to search. They do not present a dropdown menu; you will need to start typing a name, email address, organization name, or club/sport name in order for relevant options to begin populating.
