When logged into the PH Protect platform, please navigate to a coach's profile by using either the search function in the "Compliance" menu or through "Users" menu, where you can enter the individual's email address.  

When you navigate to the profile, please click "BG Checks" and you will then click the green down arrow button.  The report will download as a pdf to your computer for you to open and review:
